A sparkling Winelist at Umngazi!

We were very proud to receive a Diamond award (scoring over 90%) at the recent Diner’s Club Wine List Awards, which was hosted by the Beverly Hills Hotel in Umhlanga Rocks. The Diners Club Winelist Awards acknowledge excellence in participating restaurants in Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Western and Eastern Cape.
“Each year it becomes increasingly difficult to select the best restaurants that offer outstanding wine lists. However, the cream always rises to the top and this year has been no different. The winning restaurants are tenacious, almost pedantic, in ensuring that their offering continues to excite the palettes of their customers.” said head judge Dave Hughes, commenting on the quality of the entries.
We would also like to give a huge congratulations to the other winners, including The Oyster Box, 9th Ave Bistro, Hartford House, Fordoun, Three Trees, Grill Jichana, Granny Mouse and many more…
