BOOKING GUIDELINES:

Rates are per person sharing
A 40% Single Supplement applies
For all Long Stay promotions, Umngazi’s standard children’s rate will apply. This excludes the Emlonyeni, Honeymoon and Ntabeni Suites which are exclusively for adults.
A 50% deposit is required within 14 days to secure all bookings. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: 61+ days – Full Deposit Refund; 31-60 days – 50% Deposit Refund; 30 days – No Deposit Refund (R100 administration fee charged on all refunds)
Package and promotion rates are based per person sharing.
Packages and promotions are inclusive of 3 meals per day, accommodation and VAT.
40% Single Supplement Charged
