BOOKING GUIDELINES:

  • A 50% deposit is required within 14 days of booking. The balance is payable no later than 72 hours prior to the flight.
  • Cancellation policy:
    • 20% of the charter rate if cancelled within 48 hours of departure.
    • 50% of the charter rate if cancelled within 24 hours of departure.
    • 100% of the charter rate if cancelled on the day of departure.
  • The charter rate is based on a private full-aircraft charter and includes:
    • Return flights from Durban’s Virginia Airport to the Port St Johns airstrip.
    • Hosting on arrival at Port St Johns.
    • Return road transfers between Port St Johns and Umngazi Hotel & Spa.
  • Umngazi’s Cessna Caravan can accommodate up to 8 adults plus luggage for the charter flight.  Please note: Stringent weight limitations apply.
  • The charter rate excludes transfers between King Shaka International Airport and Virginia Airport, Durban.
