SPA ETIQUETTE

Guests are asked to arrive fifteen minutes before their scheduled treatment to allow time to settle into the environment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment duration, while the full fee remains applicable. A minimum of twelve hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, with late cancellations subject to a partial fee and no-shows charged in full.

The spa maintains a cellphone-free environment to preserve the sense of calm for all guests. Children are welcome for treatments when accompanied by an adult, and guests are encouraged to inform therapists of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy prior to their session.
