We are delighted to announce that Lucy Kewley

will be joining us again to host our Winter Wellness Retreat, along with the amazing team at Umngazi Hotel & Spa.

The words that come to mind to describe Lucy are active, adventurous, energetic, passionate, fun and engaging.  Anyone who has met her will agree wholeheartedly.

Lucy is a Pilates Instructor who brings her own passion, knowledge and love to her teaching.  She believes Pilates can and should be part of EVERYONES life and when you have spent some time with her, you will understand why.

She describes herself as a pretty ordinary ‘plain Jane’ who is happy as long as she is exercising, eating healthy food and surrounded by like-minded people.

Lucy qualified as a BASI Pilates Instructor in 2015 and has taught in studios in South Africa and Dubai where she lived with her husband and 2 children for 3 years.  She currently lives in Ballito and has her own studio.

She has completed 2 half Iron Man events; numerous mountain bike races and running is a big part of her life.  It was when she was injured from running that she found Pilates and that’s where everything changed!

Lucy is looking forward to meeting you and guiding you through the 5-days, leaving you with a memory that you will treasure forever.
