Umngazi inspired Rosemary G&T recipe:

We are sure by now there is much longing for your favourite G&T’s during this Lockdown period especially now that drink cabinets are starting to look pretty bare. So, before you need to ask the neighbours for their Pineapple Beer recipe why not give this Rosemary Virgin G&T recipe a try first.

Rosemary is the closest herbal flavour to Juniper berries. One fresh sprig of Rosemary may be used as a substitute for every 4 Juniper berries.

So, armed with this exciting piece of info you can now mix things up with your favourite G&T.

A good choice of mixer is Fitch & Leedes Indian Tonic – a delicate combination of bitter and sweet – derived from the essence of the ‘Cinchona’ tree.

If you really want to go “all out”, try Fitch & Leedes Pink Tonic, with hints of rose petals and fresh cucumber, it adds a delightful twist to your classic virgin G&T.
