Who inspires you the most?

My mother is the person who inspires me the most.

What do you consider your greatest achievement to be?

My greatest achievement is uplifting and providing for my family and bringing joy to their lives.

What do you love most about Umngazi?

The think I love most about Umngazi is that the leadership of Umngazi is very good to me.

Perfect day off on the Wild Coast?

My perfect day off would be time spent seaside fishing and going to church.

Where did you grow up?

I grew up in Sicambeni village.

What do you aspire to learn more about?

I would love to learn more about managing and leading people to achieve great things.

Why do you love working at Umngazi?

I love working at Umngazi because it is near my home and the guests who visit Umngazi are friendly to work around.

What do you value most in your colleagues

My colleagues come from the surrounding villages.  They are friendly and have a great sense of togetherness (UBUNTU).

What do you think makes Umngazi the best hotel on the Wild Coast?

The reason why Umngazi is always the best is because it is beautiful, the management is good and service is always good to the guests – that is why we are always Number 1.
