GUEST LOYALTY PROGRAMME

In-house guests are offered a first right of renewal in respect of the same period in the ensuing year. We encourage them to renew within two months of their departure date. In practice we have experienced a fairly high rate of reservation renewals. However, nearer the time of their intended visit, 10-15% of those guests inevitably have a change of plan and vacancies do arise as a result.
